Rotor-Gene^TM Kits

	P/N 3001-026 OTV (Optical Temperature Verification) Kit For automated thermal performance verification and calibration of Rotor-Gene systems to ensure thermal accuracy, and rotor thermal and optical performance. Includes a RotorDisc pre-loaded with sets of thermochromic liquid crystals (TLCs), flourescent inserts and a CD with service note and experiment profiles. Rotor-Gene^TM Accessories

	P/N 3001-008 Loading Block (72 x 0.1 mL Strip Tubes) Solid aluminium block with wider spacing between strip tubes for easier handling. Holds 72 x 0.1 mL strip Tubes (3001-002). All wells are numbered. Can be refrigerated to keep reactions cool during setup.
	P/N 3001-028  Loading Block (72 x 0.1 mL Strip Tubes); Multi-Channel Spacing Solid aluminium block holds 72 x 0.1 mL Strip Tubes (3001-002). Spacing between adjacent Strip Tubes is standard 9mm for compatibility with multi-channel pipettes. Can be refrigerated to keep reactions cool during setup. 	P/N 3001-009  Loading Block (96-Well 0.2 mL PCR Tubes) Solid aluminium block holds 96 x 0.2 mL PCR tubes in standard 8 x 12 array. Rows and columns are labelled. Can be refrigerated to keep reactions cool during setup.
	P/N 3001-036  Rotor Holder Free-standing Rotor-Gene rotor holder. The solid metal unit features a wide base tapering up to a click-lock hub (identical to that fitted to the Rotor-Gene 6000 instrument). With the Holder, tubes can be mounted, rotated and handled at the bench while in a rotor. Can be used with all Rotor-Gene 6000 and 3000 series rotor types. 	P/N 6001-019 RotorDiscTM Well-Locator Pipetting Aid A ring-shaped pointing device that attaches to a RotorDisc 100 Loading Block (P/N 6001-015). Designed as a pipetting aid, it slides around the block to identify the particular well currently in use. Can also be used with the RotorDisc 72 Loading Block (3001-019). Used for manual or automated setup with a CAS robot (click image to view example setup) and for head sealing wells. Can be refrigerated to keep reactions cool during setup.
	P/N 3001-019 RotorDiscTM 72 Loading Block Solid aluminium block holds a single 72-well RotorDisc (3001-015) + additional reagent tubes. 	P/N 3001-007 3000 Series 72-Well High Profile Rotor For 0.1 mL Strip Tubes and Caps (3001-002). Requires 3000 Series 72-Well Rotor Locking Set (3001-005). For Rotor-Gene 3000 only.
	P/N 3001-005 3000 Series 72-Well Locking Ring (O-ring style) Requires 3000 Series 72-Well High Profile Rotor (3001-007). For use with Rotor-Gene 3000 systems made before January 2004. Comprises the metal locking ring with O-ring seal and one spare O-ring.
	P/N 6001-003 6000 Series 36-Well Rotor For 0.2 mL Thin-Wall PCR Tubes (3001-001) with Rotor-Gene 6000 only. Requires Snap-Fit 36-Well Rotor Locking Ring (6001-004).
	P/N 6001-004 6000 Series Snap-Fit 36-Well Rotor Locking Ring For 0.2 mL Thin-Wall PCR Tubes with Flat Caps (3001-001). New snap-fit design does not require locking nut & works with domed caps. For Rotor-Gene 6000 & 3000 models made after Jan 2004. Similar in appearance to the 3000 Series Snap-Fit Locking Ring (3001-034), it differs in diameter and in the shape of the pin lock tabs.
